The ARC Eau Claire: advocating rights of citizens with cognitive disabilities. The ARC provides; one-to-one advocacy, systems advocacy, corporate guardianships, case management, and the Northwest Regional Genetics Project with outreach clinics every other month. There is no cost for advocacy, and county or private pay for corporate guardianship and case management, Health insurance including M.A. can be utilized for genetics counseling. We use the state sliding scale for families that pay out of pocket. No one turned away because of inability to pay.

The Eau Claire Children's Theatre (ECCT) is a non-profit, volunteer-driven community theatre providing quality theatrical and educational experiences for western Wisconsin residents of all ages. Since its founding in 1989, the primary objective of the ECCT has been to provide experiences -- as cast, crew and audience members -- for children and their families. The ECCT is truly one of the fixtures in our community that makes the Chippewa Valley a great place to live and raise a family.

Developmental Disability Services
Provides services to consumers that meet the federal definition of a severe mental or physical impairment. Creates individual service plans, which may include residential, vocational, guardianship or home care services. Services are offered in accordance with the Community Integration Program standards as to help individual’s function at an optimal level in the community.
Long Term Support
Serves adults with physical disabilities and individuals considered being frail elderly. Service plan is created for each consumer to address the existing barriers of keeping the individual in the community. Services offered: personal care, adaptive aids, residential placements, adult day care, and supportive home care.
